The first CISPA podcast TL;DR is on the air

On Spotify, Deezer, Soundcloud, and Apple Podcasts, cybersecurity research is now available for your listening pleasure

Don't feel like trudging through long research papers? Therefore, overcoming one's weaker self is no longer necessary. In TL;DR (short for too long, didn't read), CISPA's first podcast, we talk directly to our researchers every month about their work on cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. We do our best to ask them questions of interest to our listeners and make their research easier to understand.

In the pilot episode, we talked to PhD candidate Matthias Fassl about end-to-end encryption of messengers like WhatsApp. A native of Vienna, Fassl conducts research on usable security in Dr. Katharina Krombholz's group and explains, among other things, why communication via messenger is only really secure if you configure it correctly.
Since people from 35 nations are currently working at CISPA, you will find conversations in German and English in our podcast feed in the future.

We hope you will enjoy listening.
