INCLUSION OFFICERS
CISPA is committed to fostering an inclusive working environment in which people with disabilities can participate on an equal basis.
The Inclusion Officers represent CISPA as an employer in all matters concerning people with disabilities. They work to remove barriers, promote equal opportunities, and support the implementation of legal requirements relating to inclusion and participation.
In doing so, they work closely with the Representative for Employees with Disabilities and other relevant contacts at CISPA. The aim is to create suitable conditions for equal participation—from the application and recruitment process to an accessible working environment.
