Citizen Science
Hosting scientific events on a regular basis, we provide international students and young researchers with many opportunities for further education and exchange with our scientists. These events are dedicated not only to the transfer of knowledge. Participants are also encouraged to share their own work and discuss it in an interactive setting.
As part of our knowledge transfer activities, we regularly organize free events for interested members of the public with the aim of bringing cybersecurity knowledge to everyone. Organizing a variety of formats including the Summer of Cybersecurity, the Open Days, the Roadshow and many more, we offer lectures on the latest CISPA research, interactive workshops relevant to everyday life, exhibits that provide insights into a variety of exciting research areas as well as panel discussions that offer different angles on cybersecurity topics.
Our citizen science projects give students and interested members of the public an insight into real cybersecurity research.
In the course of a project, participants carry out specific tasks, making valuable contributions to our research - and learning many things about cybersecurity in the process. If you have any questions, please contact us at citizen-science@cispa.de.
