The Onboarding team members are the feel-good managers of CISPA. They support you from the moment you join us, guiding you through preboarding, onboarding, and eventually professional offboarding. This exceptional support includes help in finding accomodation, a dual-career service, and assistance in selecting schools and daycare centers for the children of new employees.
CISPA’s Buddy Program pairs new employees with experienced colleagues to help them navigate their first weeks and integrate into the team. Buddies provide guidance, answer questions, and offer support, ensuring newcomers feel welcome and well-informed. This initiative fosters a collaborative environment and strengthens relationships across different departments.
Our CISPA International Welcome Hub is your first stop for settling in and thriving at CISPA. As a specialized unit of the Onboarding & Integration Team, we partner with departments, faculty, and external organizations to make sure international employees feel supported from day one.
Our assistance goes beyond paperwork. We help you settle into life here in Saarland by assisting with accommodation, offering dual-career support, and helping you find schools or daycare options for your children. Our goal is to make sure you and your family feel at home both personally and professionally.
