CISPA world leader in Computer Security
The CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security is now ranked first worldwide in the current CSRanking in the areas of Computer Security and Cryptography.
The ranking is based on the number of papers published at the four top conferences for computer security (S&P, CCS, USENIX Security, NDSS) and the number of papers published at the top conferences for cryptography (CRYPTO, Eurocrypt). The measurement period for this evaluation refers to the last 10 years, from 2011 to the currently accepted top conference papers. This ranking is intended to identify institutions and senior researchers actively engaged in research in a number of areas of computer science, based on the number of publications by the researchers that have appeared at major conferences in each area of computer science. The ranking has a particularly high reputation in the research community because it is an independent ranking.
